*For the site, I will design the layout and the ui/ux/elements needed as well. This includes the main top banner and miscellaneous (menus, side bars etc.)For disclosure, I do not share any information of my commissions (client, work details, total payment) regardless of NDA being paid for or not. I also take custom requests, and I’ll try to quote it fairly based on what you need. I work in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, so I can deliver your files in whichever format you prefer.
Finished files will always be flattened and ready to use, but if you want the fully editable version with all of its layers (PSD, Illustrator/eps, or Figma file), it’s available as an optional extra.If you need your project finished by a specific date, just let me know when ordering so I can check my queue.Refunds can only be made before the sketch or first preview stage, so please be sure before confirming.
Terms of Use – Lunara Design
1. General Use & Usage RightsDigital Use: All assets purchased from Lunara Design (whether custom commissions or shop premades) include a license for full personal and commercial use in digital applications. This covers Twitch/YouTube, Kick streams, video content, social media, and digital branding.Merchandise & Resale: Rights to print designs on physical goods for sale (e.g., t-shirts, stickers, mugs) are NOT included by default.Extended Licenses:For standard commissions, merchandise rights can be purchased as an add-on.For Logotype/Brand Identity commissions, an extended merchandise license (typically +100% of base price) is required for product printing and retail use.Refusal of Service: I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission that I am unable or uncomfortable completing.2. Payment and DeliveryUpfront Payment: All payments are made in full upfront before work begins.File Formats: I work mainly in Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai), and Figma (.fig). Finished assets are always delivered as flattened files (PNG, JPG, WEBM, MP4) ready to use.Source Files: Fully editable source files are not included unless the specific commission listing explicitly states otherwise (e.g., Schedule Commissions). If you need a source file for a project that doesn't include it, it is available as an optional extra (+50% of the base price).Rush Orders: If you need your order by a specific date, please mention it before confirming. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.3. RestrictionsNo Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or claim any of my assets as your own, whether flattened or editable.No AI: You may not upload, feed, or use any commissioned or purchased assets in AI datasets or image generators of any kind.Usage: You may use the assets for your own projects, streams, and branding. Credit is not required but is always appreciated.4. Refunds and CancellationsNo Refunds on Digital Goods: Because all assets are digital, refunds are not offered once a file has been delivered or downloaded.Commission Cancellations: Cancellations can be made before the sketch or first preview stage. After work has begun, no refunds will be issued.Chargebacks: Any chargeback initiated without prior communication will result in an immediate permanent ban from my services. I will submit all records to the payment processor to dispute the claim.5. Revisions (Custom Orders)Standard Revisions: Each custom order includes up to three revision rounds. These cover small changes like layout tweaks or color adjustments.Major Redesigns: Changes to the original concept, structure, or agreed-upon creative direction after the sketch phase are considered "Major Redesigns" and will require an extra fee.6. Liability & Client ResponsibilityGhosting Policy: If a client fails to respond to approval requests or feedback for more than 14 days, I reserve the right to mark the commission as "Completed" as-is or place it on indefinite hold.Technical Compatibility: I am not responsible for incompatibility issues if you use software that does not support standard formats. Please ensure your platform supports the requested files.Content Liability: I provide graphics assets only. I assume no responsibility or liability for any content, statements, or actions made by the client/streamer while using these assets.7. Confidentiality & Portfolio UsePortfolio Rights: By default, I (Lunara Design) reserve the right to showcase the finished work in my portfolio and social media.NDAs: If you require the work to remain private until a specific launch date (or permanent non-disclosure), please indicate this at the start. A confidentiality agreement (NDA) can be drafted for an additional fee.
